About the project
Flood risk is shared by residents, municipalities, water boards and building owners, but their data and priorities rarely meet in one model. This project builds a digital hydro twin that links building information (BIM) with geographic information (GIS) so these perspectives can be tested together.
A second strand improves how cadastral data is managed for flood risk in a BIM–GIS compliant environment, engaging stakeholders in how parcels, ownership and exposure are recorded.
